With one component of training and another for the realization of a "6 Sigma" project, this postgraduate course aims to have an immediate impact on organizations, ensuring, from the outset, the return on investment.
At the end of the course participants should be able to:
Integrate the methodologies of problem evaluation, statistical techniques and management tools present in the various stages of a "6 Sigma"
Develop and implement "6 Sigma" projects in their organizations
The course program and assessment method follow the ASQ (American Society for Quality) Six Sigma Black Belt certification benchmark.
